Test Automation Engineer

• Design, develop, automate, and maintain end-to-end tests for our software products, including cross-functional workflows • Analyze, review, and document test results and work closely with developers to resolve identified issues • Identify gaps in existing test coverage and prioritize the development of additional test cases • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure tests align with business and product requirements • Promote and strengthen a culture of quality awareness within the team
Job Requirements
- Degree or completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification, ideally with experience in quality assurance or quality management
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end testing and automation frameworks (Playwright and Cypress, both required)
- Strong analytical skills, a structured and independent working style, and a pronounced quality awareness
- Ability to quickly understand existing test processes and systematically improve them
- Team-oriented, reliable, and communicative, with a high level of commitment and personal responsibility
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and complex challenges; career changers with relevant skills and motivation are welcome
- Business-level English, both spoken and written
