Job Description
Sales Representative – Telephone / Sales Agent
rightmart Group
• Value-added sales: You inspire prospects with the rightmart Experience, perform an initial assessment and purposefully sell our legal services. • First point of contact: You handle qualified initial telephone consultations with people seeking advice — without cold calling. • Solution finder: You identify clients’ needs and steer conversations decisively toward a successful sale. • Onboarding pro: You create digital client files and prepare our new clients perfectly for collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Telephone professional: Experience in outbound B2C sales — you enjoy making calls.
- Strong closer: You don’t just advise, you sell. You seize opportunities and guide conversations toward closing.
- Explainer & advisor: You translate complex, including legal, topics into clear, easy-to-understand language.
- Communication ace: A confident manner and excellent German (spoken & written) are a given for you.
- Digitally fit: Confident use of CRM systems and Google Workspace or MS Office.
Benefits
- Company bike (JobRad): Benefit from our JobRad program to commute sustainably and affordably — whether e-bike or city bike.
- Corporate Benefits: Enjoy exclusive discounts with well-known brands in leisure, tech, travel and lifestyle.
- Remote work: Office, hybrid or fully remote — we offer flexible working models that suit your personal circumstances and preferences.
- 30 days vacation: You receive 30 days of annual leave based on a 5-day week — more time to recharge.
- Subsidized lunch: In our offices you’ll find either subsidized meals or regular pizza on the house.
- Team & culture: Whether at shared lunches or our legendary rightmart parties — togetherness matters. We have an open, first-name culture and value diversity. Be yourself.
- Fairness & support: We offer you and your family members a free initial consultation in our legal practice areas — because fairness doesn’t stop at the office door.
- Onboarding & development: You’ll be supported from the start with structured onboarding processes, a personal buddy and a thoughtfully packed onboarding gift — so you feel welcome from day one.
- Equipment & workspace: Our modern workspaces offer flexible desks and height-adjustable (sit-stand) desks for ergonomic working.
