Role Description We're on the lookout for a 3D Designer to join our creative team and bring concepts to life through stunning 3D visuals. You'll work across a range of projects helping to tell compelling visual stories through product renders, animations, and more that support our brands creative direction. - Creative Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, art directors, and content teams to develop and execute strong 3D visuals based on project goals. - 3D Asset Development: Model, texture, and render 3D elements including products, environments, and other visual components for use in marketing or branding content. - Animation Support: Contribute to the creation of basic 3D animations or motion graphics when needed, ensuring visuals align with brand tone and messaging. - File Prep & Output: Ensure 3D files are clean, organized, and ready for use across various platforms or formats. - Tool Proficiency: Use tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality 3D content. Qualifications - Has 4+ years of experience in 3D design or a related creative role. - Comes with a solid portfolio featuring 3D modeling, rendering, and possibly animation work. - Comfortable using industry-standard software (e.g. Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, etc.). - Detail-oriented with a strong eye for form, lighting, and texture. - Can communicate ideas clearly and manage time across multiple projects. Requirements - Previous startup and/or design agency experience. - Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
