• Support Supervisor in managing the operations of the SMART database globally. • Responsible for delivering quality technical services related to assigned clients. • Ensure the consistent use of standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Review the clinical protocol and make appropriate recommendations. • Translate all documented customer expectations in Labcorp database. • Manage and solve technical changes, issues, and concerns globally. • Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity. • Develop solutions, resolve issues and approve internal database loading/design plan globally. • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to design customized documents. • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Two-year associate degree or 1 or more years of relevant Labcorp experience.
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating routine job-related situations.
  • Ability to use computer applications (i.e. Windows, Word, Excel)
