Community Growth & Partnerships Manager

• Identify, nurture, close new leads through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling. • Develop and execute designer outreach and nurture strategy with guidance from the Associate Director of Marketing. • Serve as an enablement partner, collaborating with the Marketing and Community team to onboard designers and ensure early success on the Thangs platform. • Take a leadership role in meeting Thangs’ designer outreach and growth goals through onboarding new designers and supporting existing designers’ growth. • Serve as a trusted business partner for designers to support revenue growth, including identifying new opportunities and partnerships, negotiating rates, and ensuring designer retention. • Develop creative industry partnerships and new revenue opportunities for Thangs through strategic brand, industry, and retail partnerships in collaboration with the Associate Director of Marketing and Thangs executive team that drive creator and platform success. • Negotiate partnership agreements with designers and business partners as needed.

Job Requirements

  • 5 -7 years of experience in marketing, sales, or account management.
  • Existing relationships with both corporate and independent retailers in the United States or Europe.
  • A must : Experience in the 3D printing, design, or creator ecosystem, with familiarity working alongside makers, artists, and digital creators.
  • Familiarity with the 3D modeling, CAD, or additive manufacturing ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the lead nurture and conversion process.
  • Ability to identify, negotiate, close, and execute strategic business partnerships.
  • Experience using a CRM database, Hubspot preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate general messaging into a personalized approach for prospects.
  • Organized, self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently.
  • Demonstrated empathy and awareness of the unique needs of creative professionals.
  • Familiarly with the 3D modeling, CAD, or additive manufacturing ecosystems.
  • Fluent in English, bonus if you have multi-lingual capabilities.
