Head of Affiliate Partnerships

Skillz

• Own and lead Skillz’s affiliate and creator partnership strategy. • Drive growth through performance marketing, streamer relationships, and strategic publisher partnerships. • Negotiate and manage partnerships with top-tier affiliate publishers. • Oversee affiliate portfolio performance and manage partner concentration risk. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Fraud and Analytics. • Help implement safeguards against fraudulent acquisition activity and ensure channel quality and compliance. • Own channel-level business performance metrics and provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to executive leadership. • Play a key role in building and scaling the team to support long-term growth initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • 8-12+ years in US gaming / gambling marketing, with the last 3-5+ years in US sweepstakes, social casino, US iGaming, or DFS affiliate / partnerships work.
  • Hands-on history standing up or scaling an affiliate program on Scaleo, Income Access, MyAffiliates, or Cellxpert.
  • Demonstrable P&L ownership — has reported channel-level contribution margin, payback period, and cohort LTV to a GM / CFO.
  • Has hired and managed affiliate / partnerships ICs (2-5 reports).
  • Working knowledge of FTC endorsement guidelines, Meta gambling-affiliate registration, Google's Oct-2025 RMG reclassification, and the state-by-state US sweeps operability map.
  • Excellent Excel and Tableau skills; SQL is a plus.
  • Comfortable in a launch-phase environment with limited playbooks.
