Enterprise Development Representative

Replicon

• Actively prospecting via cold calls and emails to build a healthy sales pipeline with a focus on defined target segments. • Identifying maximum opportunities that are large-sized and can close faster. • Liaise and work with the field sales teams to build and grow the sales pipeline of qualified opportunities to support their revenue targets and quota. • Engage and nurture prospects to build curiosity in Replicon’s products, elicit interest to evaluate them and harness the buying intent of decision makers and influencers.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree
  • 3-4 years of proven success in the software industry using inbound and outbound prospecting techniques in a B2B sales environment in North America, EMEA or APJ regions
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to present, assert and speak with all the stakeholders involved. Must be able to engage prospects over the phone with a high degree of confidence
  • Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external customers to build lasting relationships, influence positive first impressions, and manage conflicts
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong research and account/market analysis skills
  • Persuasive, persistent and professional while communicating with prospects via phone and email
