Principal Consultant

• Drive new business while delivering high-impact consulting engagements in the telecommunications sector • Build client relationships and close deals • Lead complex engagements end-to-end • Shape strategy and deliver value to clients • Drive revenue growth through new and existing accounts
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of management consulting experience, including 5+ years in the telecommunications sector
- Proven ability to generate and grow revenue (ideally with targets of $1-$2Mannually) with consulting clients
- Experience leading large-scale initiatives involving 5G, fiber deployment, OSS/BSS, network transformation, customer experience, or digital enablement in the telecommunication industry
- Demonstrated ability to both sell and deliver strategic consulting engagements
- Experience navigating enterprise sales cycles and working within telecommunications client procurement models
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Motivated by revenue goals and delivery ownership
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
- Experience with telecom-specific technologies (e.g., OSS/BSS, 5G, AI/ML, cloud platforms) (preferred)
- Familiarity with 5G, fiber deployment, or telecom regulatory frameworks (preferred)
- Experience with margin-based compensation models (preferred)
- Prior experience at a Big Four or boutique consulting firm (preferred)
