• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements • Translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions • Deliver high quality execution and completion rates on all client engagements • Develop and/or implement effective change management strategies • Engage in positive and pro-active communication with peers and colleagues • Provide and accept feedback while looking for opportunities to help others

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Workday consultant
  • Proficiency in configuring at least one or more Workday HCM or Finance module(s)
  • Experience with all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle
  • Experience with Workday tools such as Report Writer and calculated fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Active Workday Certification in one or more HCM or Finance modules is highly preferred
