• Play a pivotal role in helping clients implement and optimize their Infor CloudSuite solutions • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and design customized Infor CloudSuite solutions that align with their goals • Manage data migration efforts, ensuring the accurate and secure transfer of data from legacy systems to Infor CloudSuite • Conduct training sessions for client teams to ensure they can effectively use and maintain their Infor CloudSuite solutions • Identify and resolve technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams and Infor support when necessary

• Lead customer calls independently and manage customer-facing engagements • Deliver Business Central expertise to customers, with a focus on reporting and analytics, including explaining Business Central data from a functional perspective • Run user training sessions and conduct product demos, helping customers understand reporting capabilities and outputs • Support Power BI installations and implementations, including gathering reporting requirements, translating customer questions into structured requirements, and validating reports with customers • Contribute to marketing and sales efforts alongside the wider team
