Role Description Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Consultant to support the ongoing development, optimization, configuration, and maintenance of its cloud-based Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role partners closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to ensure Workday solutions effectively support organizational goals and deliver an exceptional employee experience. The successful candidate will combine strong functional Workday expertise with consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive system enhancements, support strategic initiatives, and provide guidance on best practices across multiple HR functional areas.
