Role Description En Experis IT buscamos un/a IT Operations Manager IT PM / para incorporarse a un proyecto tecnológico donde tendrás visibilidad, aprendizaje y contacto directo con equipos de producto, desarrollo y operaciones. Será una posición ideal para una persona organizada, comunicativa y con interés por evolucionar hacia la gestión de proyectos IT, participando en el seguimiento de iniciativas, coordinación de tareas y soporte operativo a equipos técnicos. - Apoyar en la coordinación diaria de tareas, entregas y dependencias entre equipos técnicos y de producto. - Realizar seguimiento de avances, bloqueos y prioridades en herramientas como Jira, Azure DevOps o similares. - Dar soporte en ceremonias Agile, actualización de tableros y preparación de información para reuniones. - Elaborar documentación, reportes de estado, actas y materiales de seguimiento. - Facilitar la comunicación entre equipos, ayudando a que la información fluya de forma clara y ordenada. - Colaborar en la mejora de procesos relacionados con desarrollo de software, soporte a producto y entornos cloud. Qualifications - Experiencia inicial en coordinación de proyectos, soporte a producto, operaciones IT, PMO o roles similares. - Conocimiento o exposición a entornos Agile, especialmente Scrum o Kanban. - Familiaridad con Jira, Azure DevOps u otras herramientas de seguimiento. - Interés por los procesos de desarrollo de software y tecnologías cloud. - Capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y buena comunicación. - Inglés alto para interactuar en un entorno internacional. • Design, develop, and deliver virtual training programs for new and existing staff across Operations. • Train employees using established claims systems, processes, and procedural documentation. • Inspire, coach, and motivate employees to achieve performance and quality goals. • Identify training needs and develop appropriate curriculum and learning tools. • Communicate training progress and outcomes to leadership in a timely and clear manner. • Create and maintain training materials, including handouts, guides, and job aids. • Conduct training needs assessments and operational audits to identify opportunities for development. • Collaborate with operational teams to draft, revise, and certify organizational policies and procedures. • Integrate procedural updates into training programs on an ongoing basis. • Lead ongoing training initiatives related to system releases, new clients, or process improvements. • Demonstrate strong presentation skills and a customer-service-oriented approach.
• Own day-to-day clearing, settlement, margining, and position reconciliation across CDE • Lead relationships with external clearinghouses, clearing members, FCM counterparties, and regulators • Drive the development and continuous improvement of clearing procedures, controls, and risk frameworks • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure clearing infrastructure supports new product launches • Build and scale a high-performing clearing operations team • Support regulatory filings, DCO/FCM governance requirements, and audit responses
