CRM & Email Marketing Manager

• Analyze the performance of our email marketing activities across relevant KPIs and derive data-driven recommendations to increase engagement, conversion and customer value • Create, develop and regularly report on newsletter, campaign and CRM metrics using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems • Plan, design, produce and manage newsletters as well as targeted email campaigns across the customer lifecycle • Independently design, run and evaluate tests and optimization measures (e.g., subject lines, send times, audience segments and content) • Plan, implement and analyze brand campaigns, partnerships and lead-generation initiatives within the newsletter environment • Identify opportunities to further develop our CRM and newsletter strategy based on user, customer and campaign data • Forward-looking content and campaign planning in close coordination with internal stakeholders and international teams • Align and coordinate with various departments to develop relevant, performance-oriented communications • Monitor market trends, technologies and best practices in CRM, email and data-driven marketing
Job Requirements
- Successfully completed university or university of applied sciences degree in a business or communications field, or a comparable qualification
- You have initial experience in newsletter/email marketing
- Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for data-driven analysis
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in in-house marketing or at an advertising agency is an advantage
- Structured, independent working style with a hands-on mentality
- Team player with a strong willingness to contribute
- Ideally, experience in the outdoor, sports or fashion industries
- Passion for the outdoor sector, a good sense for audience-relevant content and creativity
