Regional Sales Support Representative
Envista Holdings Corporation
Role Description Orascoptic seeks a highly motivated, results-driven Regional Sales Support Representative (RSSR) to drive growth in our North America Market by generating qualified sales appointments and supporting the field sales at sales events. The RSSR will be responsible for: - Qualifying leads via CRM and setting quality appointments for Field Sales Reps to achieve daily & monthly targets. - Maintaining open communication with the field sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads/opportunities. - Meeting with manager daily, monthly, and quarterly to review KPIs. - Creating new sales opportunities through in-person cold calling, social media, and phone prospecting. - Maintaining a high level of conversion rate from lead to appointment. - Learning to sell, take custom measurements, and service Orascoptic’s product line of custom loupes and headlights. - Attending, supporting, and selling at trade shows, school fittings, and continuing education events. - Providing sales/service coverage for open territories. - Making outbound sales calls to customers to support funnel management. - Providing customers with sales consultations/post sales service over the phone and in person. Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 2+ years of related work experience required with a heavy focus on customer interaction and customer engagement; inside or outside sales experience is a plus. Requirements - Self-driven and strong interpersonal skills required. - Good business acumen including business management fundamentals required. - Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel required. - Proven success in quickly learning computer systems required. - Good data entry accuracy and strong attention to detail required. - Effective verbal and written communication skills in English required. - Proven success in prioritizing assigned work required. - Ability to gather, understand, and interpret information required. - Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills required. - Ability to build and maintain good rapport and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness required. About the RoleGC AI is looking for a Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. You'll be the front line for our customers, owning inbound support requests and ensuring every interaction builds trust and confidence in the platform. Reporting to the Customer Operations Director, you'll work across the team to resolve issues quickly, write product-specific help content, and conduct live demos and troubleshooting sessions, all while helping scale our support operations as we grow. What You'll Do - Own inbound customer support requests via Intercom and Front, resolving issues with speed and precision. - Troubleshoot product questions and technical issues, escalating to Engineering or Product when needed. - Write and maintain help content (articles, guides, FAQs) that answers customer questions about specific product features. - Conduct live demos and troubleshooting sessions with customers to walk them through features or resolve issues in real time. - Partner with Customer Success Managers to flag at-risk accounts and surface recurring customer pain points. - Document solutions and build out our internal and external knowledge base to reduce repeat inquiries.
