• Build scalable applications for desktop and mobile users using TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL • Architect and optimize workflows with TurboRepo, GraphQL, and AWS services (S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, Lambda, EventBridge, Amplify) • Implement responsive, accessible UI with Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui • Collaborate in an Agile environment using Jira and Git • Create and maintain documentation for our applications and their releases

• Own feature development • Take ownership of features end-to-end — from technical design through delivery. This means building the internal tools that let teams create, configure, and issue promotions; manage affiliate partner relationships; and track program performance and payouts — not just surfaces users see, but the platforms our internal teams depend on daily. • Write high-quality code • Produce TypeScript and React code that is clean, performant, well-tested, and raises the bar for the codebase. Internal tools carry real operational weight — quality here directly affects the teams relying on them. • Integrate with third-party platforms • Build and maintain integrations with platforms like Braze and Appsflyer. Coordinate how promotions are created, targeted, and delivered to users. Understand the data contracts between internal systems and external platforms, and build accordingly. • Build the affiliate partner platform • Contribute to the design and development of systems that organize our partner program — onboarding, performance tracking, attribution, and payout workflows. You're comfortable reasoning about complex data relationships and the operational workflows that surround them. • Contribute to architecture • Participate in team-level architectural decisions around internal application patterns, data modeling, API design, and third-party integration strategies. • Improve quality proactively • Identify opportunities to improve reliability, data accuracy, UI performance, and developer experience in our internal tooling — and act on them. • Guide junior engineers • Provide technical guidance to Software Engineers I and II through thorough code reviews, pairing sessions, and design feedback. • Collaborate cross-functionally • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships to understand operational workflows and translate them into well-designed tooling. You're comfortable sitting in a room with non-technical stakeholders and turning fuzzy requirements into a concrete build plan. • Participate in on-call rotation • Take increasing ownership of incident response, contributing to root cause analysis and systemic improvements — including issues with promotion issuance, payout processing, or integration failures. • Build team knowledge • Document technical decisions, data models, and integration patterns to strengthen your team's shared understanding.

• Develop, maintain, and evolve web interfaces, websites, and institutional portals, ensuring high performance and an excellent user experience; • Build scalable, maintainable solutions following front-end best practices; • Work from the technical backlog defined by leadership, ensuring quality, organization, and efficiency in deliveries; • Actively participate in squad agile ceremonies and dynamics, contributing to continuous improvements in the product and the process; • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring technical alignment and continuous evolution of the platform.
