Role Description MTSI is currently seeking to hire an Applications Developer to join the team. This role is 100% remote with the ideal candidate located near a MTSI office in Alexandria, Virginia, Huntsville, Alabama, Dayton, Ohio, or Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Applications Developer will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the MTSI Microsoft Dynamics365 platform, with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. This role will support relationship management (customer, vendors, partners, accounts, etc.) customization, integration using Power Platform tools, and contribute to data visualization efforts using PowerBI. The administrator will collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the Relationship Management system aligns with business needs and supports strategic initiatives. - Relationship Management Administration & Customization - Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys). - Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals. - Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements. - Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. - Integration & Reporting - Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) for system integration, custom workflow development, and automation. - Support data integration between Dynamics365 Dataverse and other enterprise systems. - Assist teams in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards to support relationship management business intelligence needs. - Collaboration & Support - Work with stakeholders and technical leadership to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Maintain and abide by corporate relationship management change-management process. - Provide training and documentation for end-users. - Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure relationship management alignment with organizational goals and enterprise architecture standards. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required, Master’s degree preferred with 10 years’ experience. - 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM. - Demonstrated expertise in API architecture and integration patterns, with the ability to consume, orchestrate, and expose Microsoft Dynamics data across the broader application ecosystem. - Proficiency in the following CRM modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing. - Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration, and customization. - Strong knowledge of data integrity best practices. Ability to proactively identify, rectify, and prevent quality issues. - Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), and Dataverse. - Experience with PowerBI and Dynamics365 reporting and data visualization preferred. - Working knowledge of CRM application security standards and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Team Cooperation - maintain a positive, cooperative attitude with all employees of MTSI and all customers. Requirements - Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required, Expert certification preferred. - Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred. - Must have the ability to obtain Secret clearance; US Citizenship required. Benefits - The pay range for this position is $100,000/year to $180,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract rates, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. - MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. - This information is provided per the Equal Pay Act.
