Job Requirements
- 2+ years of direct life insurance sales experience (inbound or retail preferred)
- OR 3+ years of inside sales / case design / insurance strategist experience; proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Wholesaling experience a huge plus
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (required)
- FINRA Series 6 & 63 required or ability to obtain
- Strong consultative selling and needs discovery skills
- Confident phone and virtual communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of underwriting and case flow
- Self-starter with accountability and teamwork mindset
