Real Estate Title Auditor

Old Republic Title

• Conduct audits and reviews of title agency operations, escrow practices, and financial records • Identify risks, trends, compliance concerns, and operational improvement opportunities • Prepare detailed audit findings and recommendations for management and agency partners • Communicate professionally with agents, leadership, and internal stakeholders regarding audit results and corrective actions • Analyze documentation and financial information to ensure adherence to company standards and industry regulations • Maintain accurate audit workpapers and records • Travel throughout Florida to conduct agency audits and strengthen relationships with agency partners • Collaborate with internal teams to support risk management initiatives and promote best practices

Job Requirements

  • Background in title insurance, escrow operations, real estate transactions, accounting, auditing, banking, compliance, or financial services
  • Experience reviewing financial records, reconciliations, or operational processes
  • Ability to identify discrepancies, assess risk, and make sound recommendations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgment, initiative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to build productive relationships with internal and external partners
