• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key grocery store accounts • Drive revenue growth within key grocery accounts • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies and in-store promotions • Work with the category management team to optimize the product assortment • Implement pricing strategies to ensure profitability • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and customer service
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management, sales or category management
- Strong experience in managing key accounts, developing relationships, and driving sales within the grocery store or retail environment
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop actionable strategies
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
