Job Requirements
- Experience leading procurement across property, construction, FM, or multi-site environments.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing tenders, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
- Skilled in supplier performance management, relationship building, and influencing stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance, sustainability principles, and environmental considerations.
- Excellent financial and analytical skills, including cost modelling and data interpretation.
- Proficient in procurement systems and Excel; professional procurement qualification (e.g., CIPS or working towards) strongly preferred.

Role Description The Senior Sourcing Analyst partners closely with the Assistant Director Procurement and business stakeholders to support strategic sourcing, contracting, vendor management, and procurement initiatives.
