Role Description The Senior Sourcing Analyst partners closely with the Assistant Director Procurement and business stakeholders to support strategic sourcing, contracting, vendor management, and procurement initiatives. This role is responsible for supporting sourcing strategy development, RFx events, contract negotiations, spend analysis, vendor management, cost savings, and project execution of vendor contracts. This role will support sourcing projects from intake through contract execution and collaborate with Legal, Finance, Technology, and stakeholders to achieve objectives. This position is expected to independently lead smaller sourcing initiatives while supporting larger strategic projects led by procurement leadership. Responsibilities: - Support sourcing projects, strategies, contract execution. - Conduct spend/usage analyses, market research, and supplier landscape to identify cost savings, risk mitigation, and value creation opportunities. - Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements, develop RFx’s, and evaluate vendor proposals. - Support negotiation strategies for vendor agreements, statements of work (SOWs), software licensing agreements, and other commercial contracts. - Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Security, and stakeholders throughout the contract review and execution process. - Identify opportunities for demand management and operational efficiencies. - Lead project planning, stakeholder communications, and status reporting. - Deliver presentations, recommendations, to stakeholders and leadership. Qualifications - 3 to 5+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Category Management, Supply Chain with a focus on technology spend. - BS in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, IT, Mathematics, or other related field. - Sourcing and vendor contracting for software, SaaS, cloud services, AI solutions, technology consulting, telecommunications, and other IT-related categories. - Knowledge of AI technologies and AI service providers such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot. - Experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot. - Experience reviewing, negotiating contracts in partnership with Legal teams. - Previous experience in a professional services or public accounting environment is a plus. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. - Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with contract lifecycle management (Icertis, other). - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft 365 applications. - Project Management skills. - Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, CPM, PMP, CPIM, Six Sigma. • Provide critical operational support to the Real Estate and Procurement team. • Maintain and optimize standardized procurement processes, perform vendor performance analytics, and ensure seamless operation of physical office facilities. • Act as a key liaison between internal departments and external service providers to ensure cost-efficient procurement activities and proactive facility maintenance. • Manage day-to-day facility needs, coordinate office improvements, and schedule regular facility inspections and repairs. • Generate reports on vendor performance metrics and provide regular reporting on occupancy costs and utility usage.

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business priorities • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across various categories of spend • Lead complex sourcing initiatives end-to-end, including RFPs, supplier selection, and negotiations • Operate as a flexible procurement partner, supporting day-to-day sourcing and contracting needs across additional categories as business demand requires • Triage and prioritize incoming requests, balancing strategic initiatives with tactical execution • Establish and manage preferred supplier programs and rationalized supplier portfolios • Drive total cost of ownership, value creation, and risk mitigation strategies • Ensure consistent application of procurement policies, processes, and controls across all engagements • Lead strategic supplier relationship management, including performance reviews and governance models • Independently lead commercial negotiations and contract redlining in partnership with Legal, InfoSec, and Finance • Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, cost optimization, and innovation • Serve as a key team member in the implementation and rollout of an AI-based intake-to-pay procurement platform • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and optimize intake workflows, approval routing, and user experience • Drive system adoption and change management across the managed departments across the organization • Translate business needs into system requirements and continuously improve procurement processes through technology • Identify and lead initiatives to improve procurement efficiency, scalability, and user experience • Develop and deliver stakeholder education and enablement programs • Provide mentorship to procurement professionals
