Role Description The Clinical Specialist will play a critical role in delivering product training, clinical education, and in-procedure support for PROCEPT Robotic Systems. You will ensure optimal OR workflow and troubleshooting during live cases, provide in-service education, support installations and software updates, and help drive procedural efficiency across assigned accounts. In addition, you will partner closely with Sales to identify opportunities for utilization growth and account retention. - Deliver product training and clinical education to surgeons, staff, and new users - Support live procedures to ensure optimal OR workflow, setup, and troubleshooting across assigned accounts - Provide in-service and field support, including installations and software updates - Execute procedural scheduling and efficiency improvements to maximize case coverage - Partner with Sales to identify opportunities for utilization growth and account retention - Collaborate with team members to drive program efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance - Support marketing and training events, including physical setup and presentations - Gather and relay customer insights to Marketing and R&D to inform product and program enhancements - Maintain accurate case log files, expenses, and administrative documentation in Salesforce - Upload case logs as required to central repository for all cases supported - Track and document surgeon progression through the surgeon pathway, ensuring completion of required onboarding and competency milestones - Ability to travel 75% or greater as necessary Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - 2-4 years clinical experience preferred - Strong interest in medical devices and robotics Requirements - As a condition of employment, you must achieve clinical proficiency such that you can cover a case independently within 60 days post-graduation of our internal sales training program, Aqua Academy - Should you need additional support to achieve this milestone, there is a possibility for 30 days supplemental coaching to gain sign-off Benefits - Pay Range for this role: $108,000.00 plus commission

Role Description The Science Fellow will conduct an interdisciplinary, two-year project examining the energy, emissions, and equity impacts of AI-driven data center expansion. Using a mixed-methods approach including data analysis, corporate document review, and policy mapping, the fellow will produce publicly accessible, scientifically rigorous research that studies if AI's energy demands are being shaped by corporate profit rather than public need, and if fossil fuel interests are partnering with tech giants to lock in fossil fuel infrastructure. The Fellow will communicate findings both internally and externally to empower regulators, advocates, and communities with evidence. Role Description Community Health Network of Connecticut, Inc. (CHNCT) is currently seeking five (5) Clinical Practice Transformation Specialists for the Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program. The Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program is a federal grant that empowers states to strengthen rural communities across America by improving healthcare access, quality, and outcomes by transforming the healthcare delivery ecosystem. Primary Responsibilities: - Work with qualifying Connecticut Medical Assistance Program (CMAP) primary care practices enrolled in the Connecticut Department of Social Services (DSS) Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) on obtaining/maintaining national Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition and on quality improvement (QI) efforts. - Reports to the Team Lead, Rural Health Transformation Program in conjunction with the QM Team Lead, PCMH Program Administrator. Tasks Performed: - Support DSS PCMH enrolled practices to utilize data to drive improvements in health outcomes of the Medicaid population through practice transformation strategies and actionable interventions that complement value-based payment models. - Ensure practices are using tools available to the practices, such as gaps-in-care reports and analytic tools to improve provider performance on quality metrics and patient outcomes. - Manage quality work plan interventions and collaborate with others on quality initiatives to improve company performance and member health outcomes. - Maintain a collaborative relationship with CMAP primary care practices clinics enrolled in the DSS PCMH program; meeting DSS PCMH program RHTP criteria and NCQA PCMH recognition. - Offer direct support to newly enrolled practices, completing all NCQA requirements for and with the practices, with a long-term goal of assisting them to develop their own resources and skills to manage their Medicaid population effectively. - Educate DSS PCMH program practices on evidence-based guidelines and standards of care at the population level. - Provide access to community-based resources through a referral to CHNCT Community Health Workers and ICM staff. - Required to obtain NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home CEC and must adhere to the certification requirements to obtain annual CEUs to renew and maintain their certification. - Other duties as assigned by the Team Lead, Rural Health Transformation Program in conjunction with the QM Team Lead, PCMH Program Administrator.
