What You'll Do - Drives agentic product strategy for an assigned area, ensuring delivery against both near-term business objectives and long-term customer value. - Leads end-to-end delivery of agentic features from hypothesis through production. - Influences the roadmap using customer input, market data, and stakeholder feedback; communicates priorities clearly across teams. - Develops and tracks KPIs for product and feature performance, including adoption of AI-powered capabilities. - Owns product ROI, connecting investments to customer value, ARR, and retention. - Identifies and drives process improvements across the team. - Exhibits behaviors that exemplify Applied Systems' Values in Action. - Defines and owns the strategy and roadmap for agentic and AI-powered features within an assigned product area. - Collaborates with engineering and data science teams to prototype, test, and iterate on agentic workflows. - Identifies and validates automation and intelligence opportunities through user research, competitive benchmarking, and market analysis. - Defines problem statements and success criteria for AI features; tests hypotheses before committing engineering investment. - Leads cross-functional teams through full development cycles, from discovery through GTM and post-launch adoption. - Develops and presents business cases to product leadership quantifying customer value, adoption potential, and commercial impact. - Defines positioning and market differentiation for AI-powered capabilities; communicates feature value to go-to-market teams. - Designs feature experiments and launch approaches; incorporates learnings into subsequent cycles. - Synthesizes user data, behavioral analytics, and market signals to refine strategy and backlog priorities. - Maintains and prioritizes the backlog for existing product lines; triages support issues efficiently. - Monitors existing product performance and recommends improvements based on data. - Communicates user needs cross-functionally to align feature and product prioritization. - Mentors junior product team members on core PM practices and AI product development. Role Description This position may be site based or remote. Exact Science’s Customer & Digital Experience (CDX) team is responsible for defining, driving, and delivering innovative, immersive, memorable customer-centric journeys for all our customers, across all channels (digital and physical). These journeys are grouped by Customer Types (e.g., Patient, Provider) and further categorized into a set of Experiences (e.g., Understand Risks & Complete Screening, Confirm Diagnosis). Each Experience has a set of specific, measurable Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that the overall team is accountable to fulfill. The Product Manager is responsible for defining the roadmap and driving delivery of one or more of the journeys with a given Experience. In defining the journeys, the Product Manager must account for a holistic Service Design, which encompasses all touchpoints with a given customer, both digital and physical. This position ensures that business, user, and technology needs are met through continuous analysis, iteration, solutioning, and delivery. The Product Manager lives and breathes UX, product, services, and technology and can fluctuate between those spaces.
