Manager, Digital Analytics

Role Description Lead Analytics Strategy and Client Impact - Serve as a strategic analytics partner across multiple client accounts, helping clients and internal teams answer complex measurement and performance questions. - Support the development and implementation of measurement frameworks that align media investments with business objectives and client goals. - Develop test-and-learn plans, optimization recommendations, and performance analyses that drive informed decision-making. - Translate complex data into compelling stories, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes. - Confidently present findings, recommendations, and next steps to senior/executive-level clients and internal stakeholders. Own Analytics Execution - Apply critical thinking to determine the appropriate data sources, methodologies, and analytical approaches for each business challenge. - Lead advanced analytics initiatives including incrementality testing, experimentation, media mix modeling, attribution analysis, forecasting, and customer analytics. - Connect data across media platforms, conversion sources, web analytics tools, and business systems to develop a complete view of performance. - Uncover insights and build the story in the data and communicate insights and opportunities with executive and internal stakeholders. - Build and maintain queries, analyses, and reporting solutions to answer business-critical questions using media, behavioral, and performance data. Own Reporting, Insights, and Data Integrity - Design and deliver dashboards, forecasts, scenario analyses, and performance reporting using business intelligence tools. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across analytics outputs and client deliverables. - Troubleshoot data and reporting issues while partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. - Maintain documentation of methodologies, reporting logic, and data sources to support scalability and consistency. Collaborate and Improve Analytics Operations - Partner closely with media, data engineering, strategy, and client services teams to ensure measurement solutions support broader business goals. - Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting processes, tools, and operational efficiency. - Contribute to the continued evolution of the analytics practice through knowledge sharing, innovation, and best-practice development. - Help identify and build AI solutions that can improve productivity and efficiency across the team. Support Team Growth - Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to analysts through project collaboration, coaching, and feedback. - Share knowledge and best practices that elevate the overall capabilities of the analytics team. - Contribute positively to a collaborative, learning-oriented team environment. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance analytics, measurement strategy, media analytics, or a related field. - Hands-on experience designing, executing, and analyzing incrementality tests, geo holdout studies, experimentation frameworks, and measurement roadmaps across digital marketing channels. - Deep experience with marketing measurement methodologies including incrementality testing, geo holdout studies, experimentation frameworks, attribution, media mix modeling (MMM), customer analytics, and lifetime value (LTV) analysis. - Strong hands-on experience building analyses from raw data and translating findings into strategic recommendations. - Advanced proficiency with SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets. - Strong understanding of statistical and measurement concepts, with the ability to clearly explain methodologies, assumptions, and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations; Tableau experience strongly preferred. - Experience working with marketing and audience platforms such as Google, Meta, Adobe, Salesforce, or similar ecosystems. - Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes. - Confident communicator who can clearly explain analytical concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Experience presenting insights and recommendations directly to clients, executives, or senior stakeholders. - Highly organized, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Curious, proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys figuring things out. - Experience mentoring, coaching, or guiding junior analysts is preferred, though prior formal people management experience is not required.
