Role Description The AI / IT Analyst Intern will help improve internal productivity through the use of AI tools, automation, and scalable workflow solutions. This role will focus on applying LLMs, Microsoft Copilot Studio, SharePoint Online, and Power Automate to eliminate manual effort, improve repeatability, and enable practical innovation across IT and Microsoft 365 user scenarios. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. - Key Focus: AI tools, automation, and internal scaling capabilities to improve productivity and enable repeatable innovation. Responsibilities - Identify internal processes that can be improved with AI and automation. - Build and refine low-code solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and related Microsoft tools. - Develop and document reusable workflows, prompts, and playbooks. - Support pilot implementations and measure business value. - Help create a structured approach to scaling AI-enabled workflows across IT. End-of-Internship Deliverables - Initial set of documented, production-ready AI use cases. - Reusable playbooks and solution assets. - Structured guidance for scaling AI-enabled workflows across IT. Qualifications - Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, or related field. - Interest in AI, automation, and workflow improvement. - Exposure to LLMs, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and ideally Copilot Studio. - Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, or OneDrive. - Familiarity with APIs, JSON, connectors, or low-code platforms. - Exposure to process improvement, workflow design, or automation projects. • Serves as a senior strategic analytics partner to various stakeholders including Executive Leadership. • Leads enterprise profitability analytics across products, member segments, channels, branches, and lines of business. • Analyzes member and product trends, profiles, and historical data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for business improvements. • Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict loan growth, deposit trends, and member behavior patterns in support of strategic and operational planning.

• Monitor and report schedule adherence in real-time using scheduling and time-tracking software and ACD real-time displays • Identify non-adherent agents so that they can be redirected back to the appropriate contact channel • Monitor agent work behaviors in real-time, identifying and addressing events such as contact handle times or after-contact times that exceed defined thresholds • Watch statistics across various KPIs (staffing, service levels, etc.) to ensure contractual obligations are met • Provide feedback to the Workforce Management team (WFM) and Operations • Change agent skill associations or provide historical reporting as needed

• Provide functional support and solutioning for Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, CE, PA, FAH, OTBI, and related capabilities • Partner with end users to troubleshoot issues, answer functional questions, and identify opportunities to use additional Fusion Financials features • Work with finance and business teams to understand reporting needs, gather requirements, and document business processes • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and system design documentation • Define functional requirements for reports, integrations, workflows, extensions, and financial system enhancements • Collaborate with technical teams to support configuration, development, integration, testing, and deployment activities • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives • Work with product owners and business stakeholders to refine backlog items and confirm that requirements are clear, testable, and aligned to business priorities • Support all SDLC phases, including development, testing, UAT, production deployment, and post-release stabilization • Collaborate with business partners to create and execute acceptance test plans, validate results, document issues, and confirm successful resolution • Analyze system logs, troubleshoot integration errors, investigate data discrepancies, and coordinate resolution with technical and business teams • Support reporting, data analysis, and ad hoc inquiry needs using OTBI, SQL, BI/reporting tools, and related Oracle capabilities • Assist with documentation of business processes, system updates, configuration changes, and support procedures • Provide end user training and guidance on Oracle Fusion Financials processes and system functionality • Support new feature enablement, production enhancements, cloud upgrades, financial systems conversions, and ongoing optimization of the Oracle Fusion Financials environment
