Role Description - Support in the creation of business plans and the expansion of further locations. - Support in the implementation of events and tournament series. - Preparation of market analyses. - Planning and creating content for our own Play Bay and team accounts. - Assistance and administrative tasks. Qualifications - You are studying business administration, sports management, or a comparable course of study. - You have a keen interest in gaming and entertainment and have already gained some experience in esports. - You are creative and describe yourself as a strong communicator with a pleasant, professional appearance and good manners. - You are reliable, work in an organised and structured way. - Very good German and English skills round off your profile. Requirements - Students must complete a mandatory internship of at least 3 months or 12 weeks as part of their studies.
