Role Description Prestar atendimento técnico especializado aos clientes, com foco na área de backoffice, atuando de forma consultiva e estratégica. Será responsável por analisar e resolver demandas mais complexas, atuar como referência técnica para o time, além de contribuir diretamente para a evolução dos processos e soluções da empresa, com ênfase nas áreas contábil e fiscal. - Realizar atendimento técnico especializado ao cliente por meio das ferramentas disponibilizadas pela empresa, com foco em demandas de maior complexidade. - Atuar de forma consultiva junto aos clientes, especialmente em cenários relacionados às rotinas contábeis e fiscais. - Prestar suporte e esclarecimentos avançados sobre o sistema e as regras de negócio, incluindo configurações e cenários críticos. - Registrar e acompanhar detalhadamente as demandas dos clientes, garantindo análise técnica aprofundada e propondo soluções eficientes e melhorias de processo. - Analisar criticamente os tickets, identificando causa raiz e propondo soluções definitivas ou direcionamentos adequados. - Atuar como referência técnica para o time, apoiando colegas na resolução de problemas e compartilhando conhecimento. - Apoiar na organização das filas de atendimento e na priorização de demandas. - Colaborar ativamente na documentação de funcionalidades e processos, garantindo qualidade e padronização das informações. - Validar tecnicamente os tickets encaminhados para o desenvolvimento, assegurando clareza, consistência e qualidade das especificações. - Identificar oportunidades de melhoria no produto e nos processos, propondo evoluções com base na experiência com clientes. - Participar de reuniões com clientes e áreas internas, conduzindo alinhamentos, análises técnicas e devolutivas. Qualifications - Experiência prévia em suporte técnico de sistemas backoffice. - Ensino superior em Ciências Contábeis. - Experiência com processos de backoffice (financeiro, fiscal, contábil e suprimentos). - Perfil proativo, com autonomia, senso de responsabilidade e visão analítica. - Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita. - Capacidade de resolver problemas complexos e tomar decisões técnicas. - Organização, visão de processos e foco em melhoria contínua. - Habilidade em documentação técnica e funcional. Requirements - Experiência atuando como referência técnica em times de atendimento ou suporte. - Experiência sólida em rotinas contábeis e fiscais (escrituração, apuração de impostos, obrigações acessórias, fechamento contábil, entre outros). - Experiência na condução de atividades, direcionamento de prioridades ou apoio ao time em contextos operacionais. - Vivência na área de logística e transporte. - Vivência com melhoria de processos e padronização de atendimentos. Role Description General Ledger maintains accurate financial records by recording, reconciling, and reporting general ledger transactions following US GAAP and IFRS. You will support the monthly and year-end close process, prepare journal entries, and support account reconciliations. You will work with senior accountants and finance leadership to ensure the integrity of our financial data. You will report to the GL Team Lead. Main Responsibilities - Post and review journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and recurring transactions. - Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances. - Help with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. - Support internal and external audit requests by providing documentation. - Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal controls. - Identify and escalate discrepancies to senior team members. - Collaborate on ad hoc projects assigned by management, including contract review and cleanup, master data validation, and data updates to support ongoing needs.
