Partner Manager
Shopware
• Own relationships with a portfolio of agency and technology partners across North America • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communication, escalation, and support • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with partner leadership and delivery teams • Onboard new partners and guide them through training, certification, and go-to-market readiness • Enable partners on platform positioning, differentiation, and target use cases • Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams to support partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals • Track pipeline, revenue impact, and partner performance metrics
Job Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in partner management, alliances, channel sales, or related roles
- Experience working with ecommerce agencies, integrators, or SaaS partner ecosystems
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions, and Marketing
