• The Scrum Master - Reimagine is responsible for helping build and evolve a new "greenfield" digital lending ecosystem. • Operating at the intersection of systems design, data security, and emerging technology, this role ensures that AAC’s proprietary land intelligence and new digital lending platform is built to engage with customers. • This role will work closely with product managers and designers to identify and capture work, grooming backlogs to help prioritize, and then work with the technical team(s) delivering customer-centric solutions. • The Scrum Master will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of work to build out our next-generation agricultural lending platform. • This position demands a hands-on startup mindset, balancing customer needs with disciplined execution, while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • The Scrum Master provides coaching and support through agile practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
- Certification for a Scrum Master (CSM) required.
- Five or more years of experience working as a scrum master, product manager, or project manager in an agricultural or financial institution preferred.
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with business delivery teams, leadership, senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely across business delivery teams.
- Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- In-depth understanding of agile methodologies, and up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate with a broad set of constituencies, both technical and non-technical.
- Basic understanding of software development practices to understand team needs is desired.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft office suite, and applicable databases.
