Role Description We are seeking a skilled MEP Residential Drafter Assistant to join our team. The role involves creating and editing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings using Revit. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting MEP for homes in California and be able to work independently. Responsibilities include: - Preparing and revising drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. - Collaborating with engineers to incorporate design changes. - Producing detailed designs that meet stringent California energy efficiency standards (Title 24, Part 6), CALGreen requirements, and local amendments to the California Building, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Codes. - Collaborating closely with mechanical engineering lead, architects, and structural engineers to deliver coordinated, constructible, and energy-efficient MEP systems using Revit and other BIM tools. Qualifications - Experience in Mechanical Engineering Design and Drafting. - Strong working knowledge of California Title 24 (especially Part 6 Energy Code). - Proficiency in Revit MEP (BIM modeling) — required; experience with AutoCAD a plus. - Familiarity with energy modeling tools (CBECC-Res, EnergyPro, IESVE, etc.) strongly preferred. Requirements - Design and develop mechanical (HVAC), electrical (power, lighting, low-voltage), and plumbing systems from schematic design through construction documents and construction administration phases. - Perform load calculations, equipment selection, duct/pipe sizing, lighting calculations, and power distribution design using industry-standard software (e.g., HAP, Trace 700, ElumTools, AGI32, etc.). - Ensure full compliance with California Title 24, Part 6 (Energy Code) — including prescriptive and performance paths, electric-ready buildings, heat pump integration, solar PV readiness, and ventilation standards. - Support energy modeling efforts and prepare Title 24 compliance documentation (NRCC forms, certificates of compliance).

• Lead early concept design for commercial and industrial buildings, translating incomplete briefs and sales inputs into practical, compliant, and commercially viable design concepts. • Act as a front-end architectural lead during the pre-sales and feasibility stages, taking ownership of concept development rather than working solely in a documentation support capacity. • Develop and test site yield, planning constraints, buildability, and design efficiency to directly support sales strategy, feasibility assessments, and budgeting discussions. • Produce Revit-based concept models aligned with budgeting, estimating, and proposal workflows, ensuring designs are suitable for early cost planning and client presentations. • Prepare proposal-level design documentation including site plans, floor plans, roof layouts, elevations, sections, and basic 3D perspectives for use in sales submissions and quotations. • Continuously refine concepts to improve compliance, constructability, cost effectiveness, and alignment with client and commercial objectives. • Research and assess site constraints including titles, easements, services, covenants, and encumbrances. • Interpret Australian planning schemes, zoning requirements, and local government controls—particularly within Western Australia—to identify development constraints and opportunities at concept stage. • Apply relevant principles of the NCC and Australian Standards early in the design process to ensure downstream compliance. • Coordinate early consultant inputs including surveys, site investigations, hydraulic testing, and specialist reports required for feasibility and proposal development. • Liaise with planning, civil, structural, hydraulic, traffic, and geotechnical consultants to integrate technical constraints into early concept designs. • Assist with the preparation of planning approval submissions, including compliance statements and design justifications. • Provide clear design intent, research outputs, and Revit model information to the construction documentation team for downstream development and permitting.

Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience. - Three to five (3-5) years of eCOA systems analysis experience and eCOA solution design. - Knowledge of business-wide applications (e.g. third party software and internal operational applications, etc.) or IQVIA client facing applications and products. - Demonstrated ability to understand eCOA client requirements as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems and processes to enable execution of those skills. - Knowledge of IQVIA data and current systems. Role Description We are seeking an ASIC Design Verification Engineer whose role will be to verify the functionality, performance, and robustness of our custom silicon designs. You will help define the verification approach, contribute to methodology, and work closely with architecture, RTL design, DFT, firmware, physical design, and silicon validation engineers. This is a hands-on role with high ownership, deep technical engagement, and the opportunity to shape first-generation silicon. Responsibilities - Develop and execute verification plans for block-level, subsystem-level, and full-chip environments. - Build SystemVerilog/UVM test benches, including agents, monitors, scoreboards, checkers, and coverage models. - Write SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA) and integrate formal verification where appropriate. - Drive constrained-random and directed testing strategies to validate functionality, corner cases, and stress scenarios. - Run simulations, triage failures, drive root-cause analysis, and collaborate with RTL designers to resolve issues. - Implement and maintain functional coverage, code coverage, assertion coverage, and ensure coverage closure for sign-off. - Manage regression testing, simulation farms, and CI pipelines to ensure high test throughput and fast debug iterations. - Participate in design reviews and microarchitecture discussions. Qualifications - B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC verification. - Solid understanding of SystemVerilog, digital logic, and hardware verification flows. - Proficiency with a simulation (VCS, Xcelium, Questa), waveform debug (Verdi, SimVision) and coverage tool. - Experience with test planning, testbench development, constrained-random testing, and coverage analysis. - Familiarity with a scripting language (ex: Python, Perl, TCL) and revision control system (ex: Git). Nice to Have - Experience with UVM-based testbench development, functional coverage, SystemVerilog assertions, and regression management. - Familiarity with developing and integrating reference models. - Understanding of RTL design flows and some industry standard interfaces (ex: APB/AHB/AXI). - Experience working in cross-functional, geographically distributed teams. - Experience in space, telecom, or RF/digital mixed systems is a plus.
