• Develop, maintain and enhance corporate systems based on PHP technology, ensuring quality, performance, security and adherence to functional and non-functional requirements. • Implement corrective, adaptive, evolutionary and preventive maintenance on information systems. • Analyze, diagnose and resolve incidents and problems in development, staging and production environments. • Develop and maintain integrations between internal and external systems using APIs and services. • Participate in the implementation of technical solutions aligned with defined architectural standards. • Create and maintain technical documentation related to the solutions developed. • Participate in agile ceremonies and activities, contributing to the planning and execution of deliveries. • Support unit, integration and acceptance testing activities, ensuring the quality of delivered solutions. • Maintain and evolve legacy systems, proposing technical improvements when necessary. • Support application and database performance analysis, contributing to performance and stability improvements. • Work together with analysts, architects, support teams, infrastructure, database, information security and other involved areas. • Apply software engineering best practices, code versioning and development quality standards. • Ensure compliance with technical, methodological and operational requirements established contractually.

• Own and evolve the enterprise platform end-to-end — responsible for both sustaining engineering (reliability, scalability, technical debt) and net-new feature development • Independently scope and deliver medium-to-large projects — take an ambiguous problem, break it into well-sized workstreams, sequence the work, and drive it to completion • Partner closely with Product and stakeholders — translate business requirements into technical plans, surface trade-offs early, and keep cross-functional partners informed throughout delivery • Support reliability and incident response — provide on-call and incident support during US working hours

• Develop solutions using Java EE and Spring Boot; • Analyze, develop, and test applications, using appropriate methodologies and procedures for deployment; • Develop, integrate, and maintain APIs for system integration; • Support technical and functional definitions based on business requirements; • Document the entire code development process; • Create status reports and document potential issues for the Project Manager; • Participate in technical meetings and project ceremonies.

• Identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities for process automation and optimization; • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions (RPA using UiPath, Python scripts, applications) focused on efficiency, scalability, and quality; • Model, design, and implement processes using BPM (Business Process Management) tools; • Elicit and document requirements with business areas, translating needs into structured technical solutions; • Act as a technical reference, supporting the development of analysts and promoting best practices; • Provide consultative support to departments and branches, driving operational efficiency and digital transformation.
