Job Description
Senior Manager, Revenue Operations
C&C Search
• Own bottom-of-funnel operations: pipeline review, renewal forecasting, NRR/GRR tracking, and contraction analysis • Build data-driven recommendations end-to-end — from the initial model to the leadership presentation • Drive ARR dashboard automation and reduce reliance on manual data reconciliation • Own cross-sell pipeline visibility and white space analysis • Clean up legacy processes while continuing to build — this is the most important challenge for this hire in year one • Implement and improve account segmentation, territory modeling, and quota/capacity planning • Partner with Salesforce and BI teams (Sigma) to strengthen reporting infrastructure • Contribute to lead lifecycle management, marketing-to-sales handoff, and funnel optimization • Serve as a thought partner to Sales, CS, and Marketing leaders — elevating the credibility and strategic footprint of the RevOps function • Lead change management across teams; frame process improvements as optimization, not criticism • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks — start with “what are we trying to answer?” before building anything • Manage a small team while staying hands-on with key deliverables — this is a player-coach role with real management scope • Build credibility through early wins before pushing for larger structural changes
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, with strong experience in bottom-of-funnel operations (CS, renewals, NRR/GRR)
- Prior people management experience — has directly managed a team
- Solid across analytics, process, and systems — comfortable moving between all three, not just one
- Strong Salesforce proficiency: able to build, maintain, and improve complex reporting and data workflows
- Track record of building data-driven recommendations independently and presenting them to senior leadership
- Clear, concise communicator — precise with language and credible in the room with executives and cross-functional leaders
- Change management instincts: able to bring stakeholders along without disruption
- Experience operating in a high-accountability, metrics-driven environment (e.g., OKR-driven org)
Benefits
- Competitive salary
- Flexible PTO and Paid Parental Leave
- Comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage
- Mental healthcare services
- Professional development budget
- Annual company retreat + team events
