Product Manager, Instant Financial Issuance

• Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to on-premises issuance solutions • Contribute to the development and execution of the IFI product roadmap • Translate market and customer needs into detailed product requirements and user stories through engagement with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders • Lead and support product planning, definition, and launch activities • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions • Define and communicate technical product positioning and value propositions for on-prem systems • Develop and deliver technical enablement materials for Sales, Services, and partner teams • Partner with Sales and Training teams to design and execute training programs for internal teams and partners • Serve as the product subject matter expert (SME) for on-prem issuance solutions, supporting marketing content and go-to-market initiatives • Support sales engagements, customer implementations, and industry events as needed • Analyzing portfolio for market differentiation with AI
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience in commercial software product management, development, or a related field
- Experience with enterprise software or hardware-integrated solutions in on-premise environments
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada
- Experience in financial issuance, payments, or secure credential systems (preferred)
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and industry concepts
- Working knowledge of product management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft TFS, AHA)
- Experience working with international customers and partners
- Strong presentation, communication, and technical writing skills
- MBA or advanced degree (preferred)
