• You will spend the majority of your day communicating with German-speaking customers about outstanding parking fees. • You will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage cases in the ticketing system, and ensure all data is accurate and up to date. • You will follow clearly defined collections processes and work toward daily targets as part of an international operations team.

• Deliver thoughtful, user-friendly support via email, chat, and phone, depending on the platform • Assist German-and English-speaking users with everything from billing to troubleshooting, account access, or platform navigation • Build deep platform knowledge and contribute to FAQ updates or internal documentation as needed • Maintain accurate, helpful records in support systems and flag recurring issues to product or operations teams • Be part of a dedicated project team, focused on providing excellent support within a clearly defined scope
