Role Description We are looking for a highly skilled, autonomous, and data-driven Email & SMS Marketing Manager to take full ownership of retention marketing programs. Qualifications - English (C1/C2) and Spanish - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Email Marketing - Expert-level proficiency in at least one major marketing automation platform (Klaviyo is preferred; experience with OmniSend, Postscript, or Attentive is highly valued) - Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred Requirements - Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage proactive monthly/quarterly campaign calendars aligned with business objectives - Campaign Execution: End-to-end management of email and SMS campaigns—from drafting compelling copy and designing assets (without relying on external design teams) to final deployment - Automation Architect: Build, monitor, and optimize high-converting automated flows (Welcome sequences, post-purchase, browse abandonment, win-back, and retention flows) - Segmentation & Targeting: Perform deep-dive audience segmentation to improve deliverability, open rates, and list health - Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (Revenue attribution, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) and conduct A/B testing to iterate on subject lines, content, and send times - Technical Ownership: Manage email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and other regulations - Documentation: Maintain SOPs for recurring processes to ensure scalability and operational efficiency - Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection Benefits - Hiring rate USD 1288$/month (final rate will be experience-based) - Annual pay increments - Discretionary client bonuses (80% of clients award year-end bonuses) - 7 U.S. federal holidays + 4 paid PTO days - Monthly medical insurance stipend (after meeting eligibility criteria) - Birthday / Anniversary bonuses + Gym / Wellness allowance - Unlimited online fitness classes + company events & Christmas celebrations
