Job Requirements

  • Juris Doctor with a current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
  • At least 8 years' experience as a sponsor-side Private Equity lawyer
  • Extensive experience advising private equity sponsors, co-investors, and lenders on acquisitions/dispositions
  • Familiarity with LBO structures, fund economics, financing terms, and private fund formation
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to effectively utilize various tools, including generative AI technologies in legal work
  • Candidates selected for a second interview will be asked to take a writing test
