• You are responsible for the creative and technical post-production of high-performing social media videos • With your sense for storytelling, platform mechanics, and current trends, you transform raw footage into attention-grabbing content pieces for some of the biggest D2C brands on the market • You apply pacing, sound design, color grading, VFX, and motion graphics so that content is both on-brand and performance-oriented • You work closely with our Creative, Strategy, and Production teams and contribute your expertise early in concept development • You act as a sparring partner for all topics related to video editing, post production, and creative best practices, and you actively help shape internal knowledge sharing • You continuously challenge our processes, identify optimization opportunities, and actively contribute to the further development of our content area
