Role Description We are seeking a Mid-Level Engineer to support a live production hiring-event platform used by client-facing teams and end users. This role is highly production-focused and requires someone who can: - Diagnose issues quickly - Work across backend and frontend systems - Collaborate with support and go-to-market teams - Take ownership of code changes from investigation through deployment The ideal candidate has strong Java/Spring Boot backend experience, secondary Django/Python experience, React frontend experience, and the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues across distributed systems. This person should be comfortable working independently, handling ambiguity, prioritizing urgent client-impacting issues, and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Enterprise experience strongly preferred.
