Role Description The Business Relationship Manager’s primary responsibility is developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with internal business stakeholders, ensuring the alignment of business objectives with technology initiatives. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director, Business Transformation. Responsibilities - Relationship Management - Proactively develops relationships at all levels within their area of business focus. - Builds rapport and credibility across the Strategic Initiatives internal teams. - Partners with business to develop a deep understanding of their strategic goals, objectives, and KPIs. - Consults and collaborates with business stakeholders on strategic decisions. - Manages stakeholder expectations and takes accountability for delivery. - Strategic Roadmap and Demand Management - Develops a strategic roadmap in partnership with the business. - Participates and leads the demand management process. - Assists the business in road mapping, documenting, and planning for future needs. - Collaborates with other Business Relationship Managers to align business groups. - Assists with prioritization activities within and across business groups. - Business Process Scoping and Design - Guides the business in developing future-state processes. - Translates business vision for shared understanding. - Works with Enterprise Architects & Solutions Architects on systems and solutions. - Change Management - Coordinates changes between SI and business group. - Develops and manages communication plans for smooth transitions. - Develops success criteria with business leaders and measures progress. - Facilitates quarterly performance reviews with business leaders. - Works supportively with colleagues, consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values. - Handles company data and information per data handling agreements and policies. - Reviews and follows company policies and guidelines, including data privacy practices. - Performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience. - 5-8 years experience with enterprise systems, business operations, supply chain, and/or process environment and standards. - 3-4 years of effective people and/or process management experience. - Strong written skills to produce reports and process instructions, with skills in MS Word & PowerPoint, and intermediate level skill in MS Excel. - Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills. - Strong sense of ownership/responsibility and ability to work with minimal oversight. - Willingness to work shifted hours to support the global business as required. - Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
