• Configure and implement Oracle GTM modules based on business requirements. • Work on end-to-end Oracle GTM implementation, enhancement, migration, and support projects. • Configure trade compliance processes, including restricted party screening, denied party screening, embargo screening, and watch-list screening. • Configure product classification, including Harmonized System (HS), Schedule B, ECCN, HTS, and commodity codes. • Manage export and import compliance processes, including license determination, license management, and trade controls. • Configure and maintain trade transactions, trade agreements, declarations, customs filings, and document generation. • Integrate Oracle GTM with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, WMS, and external systems. • Analyze business requirements and prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials. • Support data migration activities related to trade parties, items, classifications, licenses, trade transactions, and compliance rules. • Perform unit testing, system integration testing, UAT support, and production deployment activities. • Troubleshoot Oracle GTM functional issues and provide timely resolution. • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, integration teams, and external stakeholders. • Provide post-production support and identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Engage directly with managers and stakeholders to understand reporting and business requirements • Translate business requirements into robust SQL-based solutions • Remotely connect to client servers to install, configure, and support the reporting software • Identify where relevant data is stored across client systems (not limited to SQL Server) • Extract and interpret data from a range of database platforms and business systems • Analyse and understand existing database structures and data relationships • Understand how the software connects to and interacts with SQL databases • Create and modify: ○ SQL views ○ Stored procedures ○ Functions ○ Tables • Apply fixes, updates, and performance improvements within SQL Server • Troubleshoot database, connectivity, and networking issues • Work within Windows Server environments and liaise with client IT teams • Deliver training sessions to clients on effective use of the software • Provide post-implementation support and guidance to users • Take ownership of implementations from initial setup through to completion

• Own day-to-day execution of your engineering pod: sprint planning, delivery, and team health • Partner closely with product managers to align on quarterly goals, clear blockers, and keep work pointed in the right direction • Work alongside engineering leadership and the engineering team on architectural decisions, shaping them, not just attending them • Take on a second engineering pod within 3 to 6 months as your leadership of the first team is established • Lead full performance management for 8 to 12 engineers: 1:1s, twice-annual reviews, coaching plans, and promotion recommendations • Translate emergent AI strategies into team-level execution; partner across the org to test and refine workflows, review cycles, and SDLC practices as engineering-wide standards take shape.
