Qualifications - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. - Solid technical understanding of Oracle ERP environments and integration concepts. - Experience coordinating or managing technology projects in a consulting environment. - Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage risks, issues, escalations, and dependencies. - Comfortable working with distributed and global teams. - Experience with Oracle SCM or HCM is a plus, but not a primary focus. - Reporting and data visibility experience is highly valued. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - Minimum 5 years of experience in technology-driven roles or project environments. - Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, especially integrations and reporting. - Some experience in project coordination or project management roles.
