Job Description

Application Adoption Specialist – Radiology IT

Jacobian

• Analyze workflows: Spend time with radiologists to understand their reporting habits and workflows, template usage and pain points. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and the user experience. • Configure individually: Customize reporting templates and software settings to reduce friction and deliver measurable value tailored to each department’s needs. • Design the adoption path: Develop and implement customer-specific adoption strategies that meet users where they are, rather than following a one-size-fits-all training plan. • Deliver training and enablement: Lead onboarding sessions, workshops and enablement activities for radiologists and key users. Build trusted relationships and help users gain confidence with the technology and associated workflows. • Close the feedback loop: Translate on-site observations into concrete product insights that help us continuously improve our solutions. • Work data-driven: Know what matters — which templates are used most, which radiologists generate the highest volume. Use this knowledge to engage the right people first and turn power users into advocates who bring the rest of the team along. • Drive efficiency through AI: Employ AI tools in your daily work to optimize processes and streamline internal operations. Identify automation opportunities, establish best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of the team’s way of working. • Support innovation: Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to evaluate new features, run beta programs and validate innovative solutions. With real-world feedback, help shape future products and services.

Job Requirements

  • Radiology knowledge: You understand clinical reporting workflows, medical terminology and structured templates. Ideally you have experience with speech recognition software, reporting solutions or other radiology technologies. You bring either a clinical or technical background.
  • Communication: You listen well, build trust quickly and can explain complex topics simply. Whether working with radiologists, an IT team or department leadership, you meet people where they are and bring them along.
  • Training and adoption mindset: You enjoy helping people succeed. You understand that successful adoption is not only about technology but also about people, habits and change. You know how to turn hesitant users into confident advocates.
  • Technical proficiency: You are digitally fluent and comfortable working in healthcare IT environments, configuring software and discussing workflows.
  • AI affinity: You use AI tools regularly and know how to extract real value from them. Equally important: you know how to introduce AI to skeptical users, validate results, build trust and demonstrate practical benefits.
  • Curiosity and passion for innovation: You are interested in new technologies and enjoy exploring better ways of working. You like testing ideas, providing feedback and helping shape the future of products and services.
  • Languages: German (C1–C2) and English (C1) required.

Benefits

  • 30 days of vacation: Time off for rest and a healthy work–life balance.
  • Wellpass: Nationwide access to gyms and wellness facilities.
  • JobRad & JobTicket: Support for sustainable commuting (bicycle leasing plus a €17.45/month subsidy for the JobTicket).
  • Training budget: Annual, individual budget for your professional and personal development.
  • Corporate Benefits: Access to a platform with discounts for travel, technology, fashion and more.
  • Flexibility: Flexible working hours and a remote work model (up to 100% remote within Germany).
