Role Description We are hiring for 2 Project Managers for a key government customer. This position is remote and requires an active Secret clearance. - Plan, execute, and close projects that meet or exceed customer objectives. - Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality. - Develop the overall project plan and manage project operations. - Develop Plans of Actions & Milestones (POA&M) with metrics that ensure sustainment and execution of program sustainment, restoration, and modernization (PSRM) programs. - Assist with tracking status of all PSRM projects. - Develop and maintain PSRM out-year requirements, especially the life-cycle maintenance and repair (M&R) program for the facilities. - Capture future M&R requirements. - Manage the project stakeholders, project team, project risk, project schedule, project budget, and project conflicts. - Ensure team members know and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members. - Ensure production schedules are met and system resources are used effectively. - Coordinate resolution of production-related problems. - Ensure proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services. - Ensure that quality is an integral part of the development, design, and manufacture of services. - Monitor products and services throughout the life cycle. - Validate/verify adherence to specified requirements through test and measurement activities; manage/lead quality assurance activities. - Work closely with assigned staff, senior specialists, or task leads. - May direct the activities of specialists or other staff as necessary on activities related to the specified field or discipline. Role Description We are seeking a technically oriented Project Manager to join our growing team in Colombia. This role focuses on supporting and leading Oracle ERP initiatives, with a strong emphasis on integrations, reporting, and technical delivery, while applying solid project coordination and management practices. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background, experience working with Oracle ERP environments, and some project management experience in consulting or technology-driven projects. This position offers exposure to global teams, international clients, and high-impact Oracle implementations in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions - Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. - Lead and support Oracle ERP projects, with a strong focus on system integrations and reporting. - Coordinate with technical teams, functional consultants, and client stakeholders to align on deliverables and priorities. - Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, proactively addressing challenges. - Produce and present regular project status reports to internal and external stakeholders. - Support Agile and hybrid project environments, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Ensure solutions meet defined business and technical requirements, overseeing testing and quality standards. - Manage internal and external teams involved in design, development, testing, and support activities. - Apply structured problem-solving and established project management methodologies. - Support continuous improvement through documentation, templates, and best practices. - Collaborate with leadership on operational initiatives as needed.
