Senior Content Strategist
Level AgencyROI performance at a higher level. Data-driven digital marketing that works for your business.
Role Description We’re Not Looking for a Content Calendar Manager. We’re Looking for a Content Strategist Who Can Build the Engine. Level Agency is hiring a Senior Content Strategist to build and run the content system that makes Level impossible to ignore. This is not a “write the blog, post the recap, update the newsletter” role. This is for someone who can turn agency expertise into: - Sharp market positioning - Credible thought leadership - Useful sales enablement - Repeatable content systems that actually support growth You’ll own the strategy behind how Level shows up in the market: what we say, why it matters, where it goes, how it supports pipeline, and how we use AI to produce smarter, faster, better work without lowering the bar. You’ll work across owned channels, web content, case studies, sales enablement, podcast and event content, and internal subject matter experts. You’ll be expected to bring: - Strong editorial judgment - Operational discipline - Real AI fluency Success in this role means Level has a point of view worth following, the sales team always has relevant proof points to share, and content production runs like a system — not a series of last-minute sprints. This role reports to the SVP of Marketing and Sales Enablement. Qualifications - 5+ years of content experience - Strong writing and editorial judgment - Content strategy experience - Experience building content systems - Hands-on AI content experience - Project management strength - Stakeholder management skills - Long-form content experience - Comfort with interviews - High quality bar - Self-directed work habits - WordPress familiarity Requirements - Strong writer with sharp editorial instincts - Ability to turn complex marketing, performance, and business ideas into clear, compelling content - Think in systems — calendars, workflows, briefs, approval paths, repurposing plans, and distribution logic - Fluency with AI tools - Ability to partner with various teams without losing momentum - Comfort owning ambiguity and pushing work from idea to published asset Benefits - Fully remote across the U.S. & Canada, plus monthly WFH stipend and Summer Fridays - Generous time off, including unlimited PTO (U.S.), competitive vacation (Canada), and parental/family leave options - Comprehensive health benefits, mental health support, and company-paid disability & life coverage - Employer retirement contributions (401(k) in the U.S., RRSP match in Canada) - Quarterly performance reviews and career advancement opportunities
