• Help scale and evolve infrastructure that manages edge devices deployed across care communities • Design and deliver resilient, scalable backend systems in Go • Contribute to internal frontend tools in TypeScript • Take ownership of services critical to device health, OTA updates, and system observability • Implement observability and alerting to ensure uptime and performance of edge infrastructure • Drive technical decisions and help define the system architecture • Partner closely with Product and Ops to align on priorities and operational readiness • Participate in on-call rotation and uphold high standards of system reliability and SRE • Mentor other engineers through code reviews and pairing

• Further development of our web-based real estate platform • Development of new features in the backend and frontend • Analyze, prioritize and fix errors using Sentry • Optimize existing applications for performance and stability • Develop and maintain APIs • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical concepts • Ensure high code quality through reviews and best practices • Collaborate with the team in planning and implementing new product ideas • Support deployment, infrastructure, and operation of our applications

• Actively participate in team ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives) • Provide technical guidance to peers & junior developers • Create clear and well-structured technical specifications and designs • Design and build scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant software solutions • Contribute to system architecture, technical analysis, and design decisions • Extend and improve existing applications to meet evolving business needs • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; refactor where necessary • Take ownership of delivery, quality, and system reliability • Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture

• Design, develop, and own the end-to-end implementation of high-stakes prototypes and robust, production-ready solutions. • Drive the technical direction and collaborate with cross-functional teams to experiment with, validate, and integrate AI, machine learning, and frontier technologies. • Establish governance for code reviews and pioneer continuous improvements to engineering standards, mentoring peers to elevate overall code quality. • Articulate complex technical concepts, architectural decisions, and project velocity clearly to executive stakeholders and engineering peers alike. • Navigate ambiguity and rapidly pivot technical strategies in response to shifting requirements, user feedback, and fast-paced market dynamics.
