• Conduct targeted and/or comprehensive business assessments and development of implementation strategies and plans for our clients to enhance their operations and efficiency. • Lead BC efforts to develop client strategic plans and decision-making processes directly tied to the successful achievement of overall organizational and functional area goals. • Lead organizational development and management services for clients to achieve organizational excellence. • Lead development and implementation of stakeholder engagement and communications plans including communication piece development. • Lead facilitating in-person and/or virtual stakeholder workshops across a diverse array of project, program, or other engagement needs to elicit input, foster alignment, and achieve desired engagement outcomes. • Oversee local efforts supporting Client Service Managers and core Client Service Teams in defining client organizational goals and drafting client business plans aligned with these goals. • Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of engagement, growth, and accountability. • Oversee local workload planning, performance management, and team operations to align resources with business objectives while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. • Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs.
Job Requirements
- Typically a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a related role.
- Proven experience in leading a team of individual contributors.
- Experience in analyzing organizational and business needs, organizational development, and change management.
- Typically certified in the SMS Framework, and progressing through the SMS competencies.
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, communications or a related field.
