Role Description Woolpert is hiring a Proposal Coordinator Intern to join our dynamic Proposal Team near one of our Eastern offices (FL, GA, IN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, or VA). This internship reports to the Proposal Director and is responsible for supporting maintenance of proposal information and data entry tasks across a variety of platforms and repositories. Ideal candidates will be passionate, curious, and eager to learn. - Be a member of a team that coordinates with other internal teams and external subconsultants and clients. - Perform tasks gathering and organizing proposal information. - Work across multiple disciplines to gain a variety of knowledge and experience. - Support accuracy and thoroughness of proposal information, contributing to content, processes, and tools. Qualifications - Interest in architecture, engineering, or geospatial industries or supporting business functions that enable them. - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program relevant to your field of interest. - Students majoring in the following will be successful in this role: Research, English, Marketing, Communications. Requirements - Enthusiastic about learning, solving problems, and contributing to goals as a team member. - Ability to work independently on potentially concurrent tasks. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Demonstrated skills with Microsoft and Adobe Suite.
