Role Description Workstate is seeking an ET OIC Oracle Developer to join our expert team in support of enterprise integration initiatives across Oracle Cloud platforms. In this role, you will design, develop, and support integrations that connect Oracle Fusion Financials, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing, and related enterprise systems. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to build reliable data flows, support integration testing, troubleshoot defects, and help ensure successful deployment readiness. This role requires strong Oracle Integration Cloud development experience, practical knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications, and the ability to translate business and system requirements into scalable, maintainable integration solutions. This position is remote-friendly and available to residents of Colombia or Argentina with the right to work in their country of residence.
