Job Requirements
- 3-6 years of advertising experience
- Superior design and conceptual skills
- Highly proficient in adobe design tools
- High level of comfort with using AI to fuel and refine your work
- Excellent time management & organizational skills
- Self Motivated, and comfortable working without someone looking over your shoulder
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to brainstorm in large groups and push ideas forward
