Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Branch
• Design and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation across the customer journey. • Develop and maintain audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalized messaging and experiences through marketing automation platforms. • Maintain and optimize custom branded solutions lifecycle communications, including dynamic content, value propositions, legal disclosures, and automated customer journeys. • Analyze the end-to-end customer experience to identify friction points, improve engagement, and uncover revenue opportunities in partnership with Product, Data, Professional Services, and Sales teams. • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness, engagement, retention, and ROI. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve performance. • Partner with Product teams on Product-driven initiatives, customer survey strategy and implementation while leveraging customer feedback and behavioral insights to inform lifecycle and product improvements. • Work closely with Content and Creative teams to develop compelling, on-brand lifecycle communications and campaign assets.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing, preferably within a high-growth environment.
- Advanced experience with Braze and strong technical knowledge of email marketing and customer journey orchestration.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Sheets, Looker, or similar reporting platforms.
- Demonstrated success partnering with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in financial services or fintech preferred.
- Proven track record of developing lifecycle marketing strategies that drive measurable engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Aptitude and interest in leveraging AI tools and platforms to improve marketing execution, personalization, operational efficiency, and campaign performance.
