• Prepare and review tax returns for Individuals, Corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships, Trusts, and Estates. • Must be able to work independently as well as within a team. • Senior Tax Associate must be professional at all times and will have recurring direct client contact. • This position involves critical thinking and attention to detail. • The ideal candidate must be able to work rapidly, accurately, and under pressure during tax season to meet tight deadlines. • Increased complexity level of projects. Must demonstrate ability to take a messy trial balance and provide AJEs to correct it. • Prepare complete and accurate returns. Review others’ returns. • Prepare documentation to support tax return calculations. • Ability to mentor Tax Associates. • Reviewing data input, identifying, and resolving technical issues. • Work closely with managers and partners and keep team informed on status. • Increased level of client communication while working on their tax return, and potentially throughout multiple years. • Understand federal, state, and local tax codes. • Show what you know! You have the knowledge—now apply it to real life situations. Thinking outside of the box is encouraged as well. • Share your ideas and opinions with your team. • Attend professional development and training sessions on a regular basis and apply what you learn to your assigned tasks.
Job Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s degree; Master's degree/CPA preferred, not required.

Role Description This is a remote position. The Lien Negotiator will be responsible for managing and negotiating medical liens, health insurance liens, and other case-related balances on behalf of clients and attorneys. The successful candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of the personal injury process.
